Pressure transmitter/sensor common failure causes
 
1, the pressure sensor seal ring problem pressure transmitter output does not change, then pressure transmitter output suddenly changes, pressure relief transmitter zero position can not go back, it is likely to be the pressure sensor seal ring problem. It is common that due to the sealing ring specifications, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the sensor pressure port inside the plug sensor, the pressure medium can not enter the pressure, but when the pressure is large, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The best way to eliminate this fault is to remove the sensor, directly see whether the zero position is normal, if the zero position is normal, replace the seal ring and try again;
2, the transmitter and pointer pressure gauge contrast deviation is a normal phenomenon, confirm the normal deviation range can be; *** The latter kind of easy fault is the influence of the installation position of the differential pressure transmitter on the zero output. Differential pressure transmitter Because of its small measuring range, the sensor element in the transmitter will affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter. When installing, the pressure sensitive part of the transmitter should be axial perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and adjust the zero position of the transmitter to the standard value after installation.

3, the pressure goes up, the transmitter output does not go up in this case, first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if it is not confirmed, check the wiring and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, simple pressure to see whether the output changes, or see whether the sensor zero output, if no change the sensor has been damaged, It could be a broken instrument or some other part of the system.
4, the transmitter output signal is unstable this fault is the problem of pressure source. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, and it is likely that the anti-interference ability of the instrument or pressure sensor is not strong, the vibration of the sensor itself is very severe and the sensor is faulty
